Do I really need two safety switches (RCDs)?
If you're selling or leasing a property in WA, yes. The Electricity Regulations 1947 require a minimum of two RCDs protecting all power and lighting circuits, and penalties apply if the property changes hands without them. If you're staying put it's not compulsory, but RCDs cut power the instant a fault occurs, so they're worth having regardless.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. Power points, ceiling fans, a light switch that has stopped working: small jobs get the same fixed price and the same licensed workmanship as a full switchboard upgrade.
Do you do air conditioning as well as electrical?
We do. JEC supplies, installs, services and repairs split systems, handled by the same licensed contractor doing your electrical work.
