My bore pump stopped working. Do I call a plumber or an electrician?
Often an electrician. Bore pumps fail electrically as much as mechanically: tripped circuits, burnt-out starters, damaged cabling. JEC tests the electrical side first, and if the fault turns out to be the pump itself, Glen will tell you straight rather than charge you to guess.
