How much does a switchboard upgrade cost in Joondalup?

How do I know if I have ceramic fuses or a modern board?
Open the meter box and look. Ceramic fuses are round, screw in, and usually have a visible wire running through the middle. Modern breakers and RCDs are rectangular switches you flick up and down.
